Joy in the Park - Rescheduled

Kick off the Christmas Season at Joy in the Park on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 6PM! Join hosts Roanoke Rapids Parks & Recreation and Main Street Roanoke Rapids as we light up Centennial Park and Roanoke Avenue! The event will feature self-guided walking tours of Centennial Park, luminaries by Hope for Hardy and holiday music throughout the park! Plus, there will be plenty of photo-ops in front of our new 25-ft Community Christmas Tree, inside the park gazebo and with our new life-size ornament tower. Remember to post your pics to Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #RoanokeRapidsJOY and tag our community partners @VisitHalifax and @MainStreetRoanokeRapids!
Joy in the Park will include an awesome food truck rodeo featuring The Meat Up Spot, Fat & Skinny's, Red Rabbit Coffee, Steve's Sno Kones and Andy's Kettle Corn. So bring the whole family for a fun-filled evening at Centennial Park!
