The Watercolor Society of North Carolina and The Halifax County Arts Council present Seasons. The Watercolor Society of North Carolina Eastern Region Show. A reception will be held Monday, September 23 at the Halifax County Arts Gallery to kick off the show. WSNC members new and old are invited to participate in this regional show.
