For the love of local, join us for our first ever RRStrong Virtual 5K!

Participation is easy. Register between now and May 29, 2020. On race weekend, complete your 5K on any course, any speed, and any way. That's right... you can run, walk, bike, skip or even flip your way to the finish line between May 29 - 31! Simply post a selfie or a picture of you in action on race weekend to receive a RRStrong 5K Finisher T-Shirt designed by local artist and Roanoke Rapids High School Senior Riley Mills!

All proceeds benefit the Roanoke Rapids Strong Local Small Business Relief Fund.
