The middle floor is the heart of this home, complete with a massive double kitchen, a lakeside living room, a theatre room, one half-bathroom, and two bedrooms with en suite full baths. The seating in the dining room, coupled with the kitchen will accommodate more than 50 people. The second floor also has a large fully covered balcony with incredible views, ideal for parties and special events. Finally, on the first floor you will find two full suites, each with a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and en suite baths. There is also a bunk room on the first floor with 6 beds suitable for adults, teens or children. And just outside the bunk room you’ll find a desk in a quiet nook to knock out some ‘work-from home’. There is also a “Tiki Bar” Game Room featuring Air Hockey, Foosball, Multicade arcade game, Shuffleboard, Darts, and Ping Pong (outside). And we just completely renovated our boathouse, adding a rooftop deck, making it an amazing place to spend an afternoon.
