Fair Meadows Apartments really rocks! The complex was built specifically for senior or disabled residents, is nationally recognized by the National Affordable Housing Management Association as a “Community of Quality.”

Site Manager Tawanda Robinson points out the many apartment community features which include accessible units, resident activities and an on call maintenance staff. Residents enjoy the convenience of an on-site technology center, complete with computer stations. In addition, there is an onsite laundry center and a grilling area and sheltered picnic facilities.

All units are one-bedroom apartments, and rent is based on income. The units are newly renovated and smoke free.
